Tayyar: Framework law finalized, could reach parliament Friday

Rastinews — The framework law regulating the return of PKK members, while legally securing the group's dissolution and disarmament, has reached its final stage.

Former AKP lawmaker and journalist Şamil Tayyar wrote on social media: "The framework law on the resolution process has largely been completed. If the snags in one article are ironed out, the bill could be submitted to parliament on Thursday or Friday. The plan is to pass the law before parliament goes into recess."
